Lil Cactus is a free image editor at lilcactus.app. You can use it without an account, for personal or commercial work. The service may be funded by advertising.
Your work
Using Lil Cactus does not transfer rights in your work to us. You do not owe us royalties or attribution for work you create with the editor. You remain responsible for permissions to use your material and for how you use the results.
Save important work and keep backups. Browser recovery copies are not a permanent backup. Clearing browser storage, device failures or software faults can remove unsaved work.
Using the editor
Use Lil Cactus lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attack the service, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorised access to systems. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
Advertisements and links may lead to third-party websites with their own terms and privacy notices. We are not a party to transactions you enter into with advertisers.
Lil Cactus includes third-party software, fonts and models. Their licences, notices and required source downloads are available under More → Third-party licenses. These terms do not remove rights those licences give you.

Availability and responsibility
We may change or withdraw parts of the free service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, device or file. Check important exported files before relying on them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Subject to those rights, the free service is provided as available. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen, or for commercial losses arising from use of the free editor. This does not remove responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their country of residence still apply.
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the version.
